Marion “Suge” Knight, the former CEO of Death Row Records, has recently reiterated allegations regarding actor Tyrin Turner’s personal relationships within the entertainment industry. In a phone interview from prison with The Art of Dialogue, Knight claimed that Turner, best known for his role in Menace II Society, had intimate relationships with notable figures such as Dr. Dre, Jamie Foxx, and Mr. Dalvin of Jodeci.
This isn’t the first time Knight has made such assertions. Over a year ago, he alleged that Turner and Jamie Foxx were romantically involved. Turner responded to these claims by emphasizing his long-standing friendship and professional relationship with Foxx, stating, “Me and Jamie have been like brothers and best friends for years. What people don’t understand is that we do a lot of business together. So, you may have seen us a lot.”
Turner, married to Amina Garner with whom he shares two children, has previously dismissed Knight’s allegations, suggesting they are unfounded and questioning the motives behind them. He expressed surprise that Knight would propagate such rumors, especially in today’s context where discussions about sexuality are more open.
Knight’s recent comments have reignited discussions about the persistence of rumors in the entertainment industry and their potential impact on individuals’ personal and professional lives. As of now, Turner has not publicly responded to these renewed allegations.
