Last month, Darius McCrary was arrested for allegedly failing to pay child support, as revealed by jail records obtained by TMZ.
The “Family Matters” actor, a father of two daughters and one son, was officially booked on November 27 on a felony charge related to child support non-payment. McCrary entered a plea of not guilty during his arraignment, and the judge imposed bond conditions of $13,197.01, along with GPS monitoring.
Current online records indicate that he is still in custody.
