Granting extension up to 3 Years in place of original jail sentence.: Blueface Violating Probation Ends in Judge Granting Extension

Rapper Blueface has been given probation by a Las Vegas judge after allegedly violating the terms of his previous probation. On February 1st, Judge Kathleen Delaney of Clark County District Court issued a bench warrant for Blueface due to a probation breach. The violation stemmed from a cell phone video that surfaced online after a December concert in Salt Lake City. In the video, Blueface is seen pulling a woman onto the stage and instructing Jaidyn Alexis to “get her,” leading to an attempted fight.

Judge Delaney decided to grant Blueface probation for up to three years, suspending a potential two-to-five-year prison sentence. This means Blueface will avoid prison as long as he follows the specified conditions. Additionally, the judge ordered him to serve 30 days in jail, but he received credit for time already served due to a separate case in California.
